We are delighted to hear of your interest in participating in the Hershey “Summer Fun” promotional campaign. We think it is a great opportunity for your facility that will benefit you where you need it most. By driving incremental traffic to your front gate this season!

Opportunity Overview:
As you know, the program includes a national family vacation sweepstakes from Hershey as well as a retail consumer offer for discounted family admissions locally, that will be placed in as many as 20,000 of the largest mass merchants, retail, drug, and grocery store chains nation-wide!

The campaign will expose the promotional offer to tens of thousands of consumers weekly, right through the height of the summer season. By directing consumers to the Hersheys.com web site, your discount offer will be readily accessible along with a direct link to your site for hours of operation, location and other pertinent details for a visit.

How are the offers Redeemed?
We will create a specifically designed coupon to be printed from the Hersheys.com site with your Logo and offer information included (all subject to your approval of course). Consumers will be directed to print the coupon from their computers and bring them to your gate, along with 3 Hershey confection UPC’s (proof of purchase labels), in order to redeem their discount admission to your park.

You Maintain Control:
You will only redeem coupons printed for your facility, with the offer you have provided. Coupons, once redeemed, will not have to be returned or tabulated. You set the expiration date, and conditions of the offer. Coupons cannot be combined with any other offer.

Here’s all you need to do:

1. All you need to do is provide us with your best family oriented discount admission offer along with any necessary disclaimers and date of expiration.
2. By signing this commitment form below, you will agree to provide AMI & Hershey Foods, limited rights to utilize your logo for the top of each printed coupon to be issued from on the Hersheys.com “Summertime Fun” Site. (Logos to be used for this promotional purpose only.)
3. Once the season starts, you will also have to ensure your staff will recognize and accept the Hershey “Summer Time Fun” coupons in your name, along with Hershey product UPC’s attached at your ticket booths, just as you would with any other promotional offer you put in-market this season.
4. Hershey brands included in the program run the length of the product line and number nearly 20. These include Hershey, Reese’s, Cadbury, Jolly Ranchers, Whoppers, Ice Breakers, Twizzlers, Carefree, Bubble Yum, York, Peter Paul, Kit Kat, Milk Duds, Good & Plenty, Rolo and more!
5. Should a national sweepstakes winner be chosen in your market, (there will be 50 nationally), you must also agree to provide us with 4 unrestricted tickets to your facility for this purpose. This may also represent a good Public Relations opportunity we can help you capitalize on as well.
