- Overruns and Underruns: Orders are subject to 5% overrun or underrun (10% in the case of large quantity items which are produced on high speed equipment).
- All stock orders must be accompanied by payment in full, including freight.
- Freight costs in excess of $250 will be shipped COLLECT or prepaid showing the distributor as shipper.
- Art and Separations are not included in any pricing unless indicated in product description, and they will be quoted upon receipt of specifications and original material.
- Computer artwork must be provided on Mac-compatible disks, including any back-up files and fonts used.
- A color laser print or color match print must be supplied with all computer art. PLEASE CONTACT FACTORY before preparing any art or separations.
- Production Schedules: Normal production is approximately 4 weeks. We suggest checking with factory on all orders due to variations caused by original material, unusual services or seasonal work loads.
- Stock
Orders: No returns without prior authorization. All returns subject
to
$25 restocking fee. - Use of our First Class or Bulk permits at No Extra Charge.
